These terms apply to all users of the Service, including sellers, buyers, and visitors.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service, whether as a seller or a buyer. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

YeboSell is a platform that enables sellers to manage their product catalogues, process orders, track inventory, and communicate with customers. The Service includes:
To use the seller features, you must register with a valid phone number and create a PIN. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Buyers place orders by providing their name, phone number, and delivery details. By placing an order, buyers agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

YeboSell facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers. We are not a party to the actual sale transaction between seller and buyer. Therefore:
Buyers may cancel an order from the order tracking link before the seller dispatches it, or before any cancellation cut-off shown for that order. After that point the order can no longer be cancelled from the app, and any change must be arranged directly with the seller.
Because YeboSell does not process or hold payments, any refund is arranged and paid directly between the buyer and the seller. YeboSell is not responsible for issuing refunds or for the outcome of any cancellation.
YeboSell charges sellers a platform fee for use of the Service. By registering and operating a store, you agree to these fees and to settle them as set out below.
By using the Service, you consent to receiving transactional messages about your account and orders through the following channels. These are service messages (such as order updates, verification codes and account notices) and are not marketing communications.
Verification-code and other essential service messages are required to operate your account and cannot be opted out of while you use the Service.
We collect and process personal information — such as your name, phone number, location, order details and, for sellers, the name, place, date and time recorded when you sign these Terms — in order to operate the Service. We handle this information in line with our Privacy Policy.
The signing record described in the “Electronic Acceptance & Signature” section is retained as proof of agreement for as long as necessary for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the property of 4D Climate Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
Sellers retain ownership of their product content (descriptions, photos) that they upload to the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4D Climate Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4D Climate Solutions, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lesotho.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
