Yes — creating your store, listing products, and receiving orders is 100% free. We only charge a small platform fee per completed transaction, so you only pay when you make a sale.
No. YeboSell runs entirely in your browser — on your phone or computer. There is nothing to download. Your customers also browse and order from their browser, no app needed.
It's not WhatsApp-only. Every order comes with its own tracking page (installable like an app) that updates live — new → confirmed → preparing → delivered — so buyers can follow their order without any message at all, and chat with you in-app right there. On top of that, you can send one-tap, pre-filled WhatsApp updates from your own number (confirmations, payment reminders, delivery), in English or Sesotho. No API fees, approvals, or per-message costs.
We support EFT (bank transfer), cash on delivery, and mobile money. Payments go directly to your bank account — YeboSell never holds your money.
Absolutely. You can enable any combination of customer pickup, self-delivery, or third-party courier. Set your own delivery fees — including free delivery above a certain order amount.
